Breathing is the only thing that keeps you alive in the short term. Plus there is multiple evidence indicating that respiration may be directly linked with you overall stress and wellness level. Most people never even think about it, and if they do very few really know what to do to breath right. Meditation is becoming more and more popular and needed in our hectic society. It is not a secret practise reserved for monks and Californians only. It is a brain activity that everybody can enjoy with the correct guidance. During this 3 hours workshop we will review and feel the benefits of scientific meditation and we will practise breathing exercises.
